Day 1 – Figuring out your Divorce Finances Challenge

Today is the start of you beginning to get organised around your divorce finances. This week may challenge you. You may feel scared, lonely, sad and guilty. You may feel surprised, happy and more in  control than you realised. Know that all these thoughts and feelings are normal.
Your  task is to listen to the audio and complete each workbook at your own pace. If you don’t do it all at once, that’s fine. Just file them away so you can do them later. Just ensure that you do do it!
