Separation September is here again!

Perhaps it’s just me (I moved house) but this summer seems to have flown by, I can’t believe we’re into autumn already! Separation September is here again! If you gave yourself some time off to chill with the children – good for you! Summer is the time to drop the routine and let the fun in.

But I love September. It signals change, the opportunity for a fresh start. And if you have school children, it hopefully means you get some more time and headspace again as term starts.

If you need a day or two to ground yourself and settle into new rhythms, allow yourself that time. You might be straight back to work yourself.  When you’re ready, pick up the divorce mantle – it’s your time to put you and your future first.

The Back To School Challenge!

To help you get in the right mindset, next week, 9 September 2019, I’m running the ‘Get Divorce Ready Back To School Challenge’ again! I say again because I ran it last September. Yes, Separation September is here again!

I’m running it a second time for two reasons. It’s here for those of you who didn’t sign up last year because you missed it, or it wasn’t relevant then. In that case, now’s your chance!

I also know many of you signed up last year and didn’t finish. So I say to you – here’s your second chance! It only works if you work it! The tools and insights I share in the challenge aren’t just theory – they are actual, practical steps you can take to get yourself closer to divorce readiness, in just a week.

Now maybe you’re doing great without the support – and if that’s you, fab! But, if you’re still where you were this time last year or you haven’t done the challenge before, now is the time to make the commitment to yourself to sign up to open every single email (yes, all five) and get the job done!

And did I mention that it’s all FREE?

So, what’s involved?

To make the most of the challenge you need to commit to two things:

  1. Opening and reading the email contents each day
  2. To set aside around 15-20 minutes each day to complete the exercises I share with you.

It’s up to you how and when you do the work – but it’s important you do it. And if you do, you’ll find out much more than you expected about:

  • Your relationship with yourself (the most important relationship of all!)
  • How to plan for your divorce, and who you need around you
  • How to handle money and financial planning
  • How to navigate divorce when you have children
  • How to plan for successful communication.

You won’t be all set to divorce at the end of the challenge, there’s more to it than five emails I’m afraid! But you will have a fantastic starting point – you’ll know where you stand, you’ll have a solid grip on some key issues and you’ll have the start of a plan for making your divorce a reality, on your terms. All this can make the divorce process so much smoother, and it means you’re not second-guessing yourself every step of the way because you’ve done the groundwork.
